使用说明

有机硅具有许多优良的性能:
①化学惰性,不会同其它起泡物质发生反应;②生理惰性、无毒、无污染,对环境无害;
③具有优秀的消泡性能,用量少;
④适用温度范围广,耐热、耐寒、耐候和耐老化性能突出;
⑤具有优良的柔软性和润滑性能,有利于改善涂布纸的质量等。然而有机硅产品价格比较高,使有些厂家无法接受,导致目前有机硅消泡剂未被广泛应用。其实,从用量方面来看,由于有机硅用量少,通常只需加入体系的质量分数1～75×10-6就可取得良好的消泡效果,如果与其他消泡剂复配使用可进一步降低成本。综合考虑,使用有机硅作消泡剂与使用其它消泡剂相比,成本不会增加。随着有机硅合成技术的不断提高和原料的不断降低,有机硅价格高的问题肯定可以解决,所以含有有机硅的消泡剂将是造纸用消泡剂市场的热点。
用途(Useage)
本品广泛用于纺织印染、造纸、污水处理、清洗剂、涂料等方面的消泡。在印染中使用时，与染浴中添加剂有良好的配伍性，而且不影响色光和染色牢度。
